Slow response times, inconsistent instructions, counter-intuitive help text, no indication that things are working, lagging processing, random error messages that don't direct you appropriately to the error source/field... too many things to list here.

It's like the department hired their nerdy son who one day wants to grow up to be a computer scientist, but the parent is so inept at tech that they think their kid is a computer whiz. The UX designer (if there even was one) should be fired (or sent back to 1997).

The service was outstanding and very easy to follow. I thought it was going to be much more complicated.

The one time I got through when I got to the last response it froze and I was unable to see if my responses were recorded

you pay and pay and pay and pay but when you need YOUR money back, they use every excuse at their disposal to slow walk your claim or deny you. they are the reason so many people start a sole business so that only state and federal taxes are paid so that crooked institutions like this don't steal OUR money

Can't talk to anyone and won't let me file online. I'm extremely frustrated.

Could not find www.uchelp,pa.gov, to ask the the question, while being on hold for 55 minutes at this time.

Ive been consistently calling Pa Unemployment to see whats going on with my claim on hold for over a hour several times and was hung up on every time. Im so tired of this but youll be the one getting in trouble if you blow that *** building up because there playing with you money and bills are getting backed up. So sad they just dont *** care

Actually had a very good representative today, despite sitting hold for 1 hour 34 minutes and 40 seconds. (( which I do believe is the shortest time I've sat on hold in a very long time)) I find it ironic that the news keeps saying unemployment rates are down low lower than before... so why the heck is it still next to impossible to talk to friggin someone without sitting on hold for an hour plus.

Waiting for over a MONTH to have my claim under "review". You can't call them without waiting over an hour or more on hold, end even then you get some rude, snot-nosed idiot who acts like they're doing you a favor.

I am owed my compensation and I'm sick of it. Government doesn't care, no help whatsoever.

I was trying to apply for my unemployment, and it stated that I was over $4402 . Was sent by check to my house.

You said I owed UC $4400 of overpayments. Well, I never received a dime of the indicated amount youre claiming. Firstly, I dont do checks because I accept my claims by direct deposit.

Unemployment denied my claim filed on March 19th 2023. At the time, the work period ended in September 2022.

I got denied based on work after that period. I am now facing being on the streets because I have to look out for myself. I finally was able to file an appeal but I'm in fact appealing something outside the work period.

I don't know what to do or where to turn but I know where my soul is going and I know where they are going. Thar gives me some comfort.

It has been nearly 9 weeks since I opened claim still no response by your department. I call to get updates and either get hung up on which I did several times after waiting 6 plus hours on hold .

I ask what the hold up is and get the same old song and dance, either covid, or employer has failed to respond,(employer has responsibility to respond in timely and adequate manner however they were given notice several times since claim was opened/ 10 days not 8 weeks) or we are working as fast as possible. Surely your department is able to take my money but reluctant to pay out a valid claim. I have only filed for unemployment twice in my 40 plus years of working and this is unacceptable delay in processing. I have contact local state representative, and state officials to get this expedited.

This is a disgrace when a claimant can not get benefits when you paid out to 10,000+ incarcerated prisoners that was fraudulent.

Were was the examiners on that? Yet my claim is not being processed.

I had a few thousand in unemployment sent to me. The state treasury told me it was sent and the bank flagged it as fraud due to the amount being unusual for my deposits. I tried getting someone at the UC office to talk to me on the phone for 7 or 8 months about it.

The other day someone finally answered and treated me like absolute trash, tried to talk to me and repeat what I said back to me and try to poke holes in my logic to try to make it out to be like I was either lying and committing fraud or just to be a complete ***

Try treating people like humans and not "statement making machines" your an *** to because your working for the state.

I'm a person. Not some thing just making statement that your trying to contradict. I lost all my unemployment and won't ever get it after loosing cars to repos and crap and you just want to treat people like ***
